Cobbler shaker

A three-piece shaker with a cup, built-in strainer and cap, commonly used at home.
The cobbler shaker consists of a cup, a top section with a built-in strainer and a small cap that can double as a measure. Since the strainer is built in, no additional strainer is needed.
It is handy and therefore widespread in home bars. It is used less in professional bars because the parts can contract with the cold and stick, and it is slower to handle.
