Cappuccino
An espresso drink with hot milk and milk foam, traditionally in roughly equal parts.
A classic cappuccino consists of espresso, steamed hot milk and milk foam, served in roughly equal parts in a smaller cup. According to the common explanation the name derives from the colour of the habits of Capuchin monks.
The milk is foamed with the machine's steam wand so that a fine-pored, creamy foam results. Proportions and cup size vary regionally; in many German cafés a cappuccino is larger than in Italy.
