  • 2,5 g Yunnan-Dian-Hong-Teeblätter
  • 250 ml Wasser

Preparation

  1. Heat the water to about 95 °C (90-100 °C).
  2. Use about 2.5 g (1 level teaspoon) of tea for 250 ml.
  3. Steep for about 4 minutes (3-5).
  4. Pour the tea off the leaves.
