Ingredients

  • 50 ml Espresso
  • Orangensaft
  • Granatapfelsaft

Preparation

  1. Press and filter orange and pomegranate juice and blend them.
  2. Steam the juice mix to about 55 °C like milk.
  3. Add about 110 ml to a freshly pulled double espresso and serve in a glass.
