Preparation

  1. Heat the water to 100 °C.
  2. Put 2.5 g of leaves in the pot or cup.
  3. Pour over the water and steep for 8 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve.

Origin: The rooibos bush grows in the mountains of South Africa's Western Cape; cultivation is concentrated in the Cederberg area.
