- 3 g Oriental Beauty-Teeblätter
- 200 ml Wasser
Preparation
- Heat the water to 90 °C.
- Put 3 g of leaves in the pot or cup.
- Pour over 200 ml of water and steep for 3 minutes.
- Remove the leaves and serve.
Origin: Taiwan; picked in summer at lower elevations.
