Ingredients

  • 3 g Alishan Oolong-Teeblätter
  • 200 ml Wasser

Preparation

  1. Heat the water to 85 °C.
  2. Put 3 g of leaves in the pot or cup.
  3. Pour over 200 ml of water and steep for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the leaves and serve.
