  • 11 g Kaffeebohnen
  • 200 ml Wasser

Preparation

  1. Place a filter and medium-ground coffee in the brewer (about 5 to 6 g per 100 ml of water).
  2. Pour hot water over the grounds, near 92-96 °C.
  3. Let it drip through and serve.
