Menu costing
From purchase price, bottle size and serving size the calculator works out the cost of goods per glass and suggests the menu price for a target cost-of-goods share. Loss, extra costs, VAT and rounding are set in the advanced settings.
All figures are rules of thumb without guarantee. For permits, structural and electrical matters the requirements of the responsible authority apply.
